The National Dairy Development Board offers training in Cooperative Governance, Market Development and Biotechnology. Exclusive programmes for Dairy Cooperative Unions and village level Dairy Cooperative Societies are offered by the  Regional Demonstration and Training Centres of NDDB and the Union Training Centres.

The Mansinh Institute of Technology's (MIT) technical training for dairy and allied plant personnel is open to both cooperative and non-cooperative organisations.
