All the bidders must submit completion certificate along with copy of the purchase order towards proof of their eligibility and qualification requirements.

In case of work done abroad by the bidder’s foreign collaborator / principal to meet the eligibility criteria, documentary evidence of the collaboration is to be submitted. Further, the foreign collaborator/principal having completed similar nature and value of work (s), shall have to submit proof of such experience.

Where the works are executed for a private company, the bidder/s, in support of their eligibility should submit a copy of the relevant TDS Certificate (Tax Deducted at Source) received from their clients for the works. Such copy of TDS certificates issued in the name of the earlier company from whom the business was transferred shall be acceptable. TDS Certificate would not be applicable for work done abroad by foreign collaborator/ principal but they have to furnish certificate from the owner of such plants for having successfully completed the work by the foreign collaborator/ principal.

For a bidder to quote both slices, he must have done Refrigeration plant (Screw compressor based)& cold room with PUF panel .

Out of these 2 slices only slice-I Bidders must have done Refrigeration System (with screw compressors). In case of slice-II, the bidders must have done cold room with PUF panel. |

Bidder/s shall furnish a certified copy of the Annual Report for the previous completed three years (audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account) along with their PAN and Service Tax Registration number.
In the event of merger and acquisition causing change in the name of the bidder, the copies of the balance sheets of the previous completed three years (audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account) of earlier Company whose business was transferred to the new Company shall be furnished. |
2) Purchase of Bidding Document
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from DGM (Purchase), National Dairy Development Board, Post Box No.40, Anand – 388 001 Phone no.: 02692 – 260148 / 260149/226373, Fax no. - 02692 – 260157. Details can also be obtained from web: http://www.nddb.org
Interested bidders can purchase the bidding documents either in person or by mail on a written request, in their letter heads along with a non-refundable tender fee as specified above.
Each set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on payment of non-refundable tender fee (as indicated above) plus Rs.250/- towards inland Courier charges, if required by post, by a crossed demand draft in favour of National Dairy Development Board, payable at Anand, either in person or by mail, between 15.30 hours and 16.30 hours on any working day (Monday to Friday) except public holidays. Tender fee by cash and cheques are not acceptable. NDDB shall not be responsible for any delay in receipt of the bidding document, sent through courier.
3) Downloading the Document
- The bid documents will also be available on the website at http://www.nddb.org and can be downloaded and used as tender documents for submitting the offer. Separate remittance as specified above shall have to be enclosed in the form of crossed demand draft, drawn in favour of National Dairy Development Board, payable at Anand, towards non-refundable cost of the tender documents. This is in addition to the earnest money and should be separately enclosed with the offer, on or before the due date for submission, otherwise the offer will be treated as invalid.
- It is hereby brought to the notice of all bidders that if any change/additions/deletions/alterations are found to be made by them in the tender and the same is subsequently noticed at any stage, even after award of the contract, the bidders are liable for all consequences thereof and NDDB shall be free to take suitable action as deemed necessary.
4) Submission of bid
The bidders, who purchase the bidding document, are eligible for submission of bids in their names only.
5) Bid Security/Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)
All bids must be accompanied by bid security (EMD) and the same should be in the form specified in the bidding document and incorporated in the technical bid (cover I).
Bids not accompanied with EMD, shall be summarily rejected.
6) Opening of Bids
All the bidders should submit their sealed bids in cover I - Technical and un-priced Commercial Bid and cover II – Price Bid. The technical bid (cover I) shall contain all the details EXCEPT FOR THE PRICE. After evaluating the technical and commercial bid and confirming the requirements, the eligible bidders shall be notified the option of revising their price bid if it is necessary. Only Technical Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidder’s representatives on the date specified above. The date of opening of Price Bid shall be communicated to all eligible bidders at later stage.
7) Rights Reserved by NDDB
National Dairy Development Board does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid. NDDB reserves the right to award the job either in part or full. NDDB at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason thereof, also reserves the right to accept any/or reject any or all bids.
