Bidders must have successfully completed similar works comprises Packaged Type Condensing Unit, using R22 Refrigerant and pre-fabricated sandwich insulation panels and of value, during the last 5 years, as follows:-

• Two similar completed works of value, each not less than 50% of the estimated
  cost i.e. Rs.33.00 lakhs (minimum)

In case the works are executed for a private company, the bidders, in support of their eligibility should submit a copy of the relevant TDS Certificate (Tax deducted at source) received from their clients for the works, which shall form basis for assessing the value of the completed works.

Bidders must have successfully completed, similar nature of works, during the last five years, in the same name and style in any of the following:-

a) at least one work of similar nature of value not less than Rs.84.00 lakhs (minimum)

OR

b) at least two works of similar nature of value each not less than 50% of the estimated

cost i.e. Rs.52.00 lakhs (minimum)

In case the jobs/works are executed for a private sector company, the bidders in support of their eligibility, should submit a copy of the relevant TDS Certificate (Tax deducted at source) received from their clients for the works executed by them, which shall form the basis for assessing the value of completed works.

Interested bidders can purchase the bidding documents either in person or by mail on a written request, in their letterheads, submitted/furnished in duplicate alongwith a non-refundable tender fee as specified above.

Each set of bidding document (original and duplicate) may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on payment of non-refundable tender fee of Rs.1,000/- plus Rs.250/- towards inland Courier charges, if required by Mail by a crossed demand draft in favour of National Dairy Development Board, payable at Bangalore, either in person or by mail, between 14.00 hours and 1600 hours on any working day (Monday to Friday) except public holidays. Tender fee by cash and cheques are not acceptable. NDDB shall not be responsible for any delay in receipt of the bidding document, sent by Mail.

There will be a Pre-bid meeting at the office of the National Dairy Development Board at the address, time and date mentioned above.

The bidders, who purchase the bidding document, are eligible for submission of bids in their names only. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security/Earnest Money Deposit (E.M.D.) as specified. The bids not accompanied with E.M.D. shall be summarily rejected.

The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representative at NDDB, Bangalore on the date and time specified above.

National Dairy Development Board does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid. NDDB reserves the right to award the job either in part or full. NDDB at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason thereof, also reserves the right to accept any/or reject any or all bids.
