Analysis of dairy products and food products

Analysis of dairy and food products is essential to evaluate their conformity to specification & regulations and deceleration of nutritional information. In addition, chemical analysis of fats and oil is also taken up.

a)  Laboratory analyses various dairy products as per Indian Standards for chemical and microbiological parameters. The following milk products are being tested currently by the laboratory.
