The Group facilitates the cooperatives and producer companies on quality improvement initiatives, upgrading laboratory infrastructure and troubleshooting.
- Facilitate introduction of technology for rural areas (covering hygienic milking and milk handling practices including cold chain facilities).
- Quality Mark- Continued support to strengthening Quality and Food Safety Management Systems (covering entire milk chain from production till delivery to consumer - infrastructure and practices).
- Technical assistance for laboratory infrastructure.
- Capacity building with respect to manpower.
- Co-ordinate with regulatory authorities and Scientific & Technical panels (Domestic & International)
- Studies- mapping of contaminants and residues, etc,.
