Product and process Technologies Developed
Combining improved packaging with scaled up processes, NDDB successfully developed technologies for commercial manufacturing of an array of milk products, which are widely used by various dairy cooperatives.
To tap the immense potential of organised manufacturing and marketing of indigenous milk products, NDDB developed mechanised process and packaging system to produce following products with uniform quality and extended shelf life:
