The samples of Milk and Milk Products, Foods, Feed and Feed Ingredients, Water, etc are analysed for pathogenic and non-pathogenic organisms following the IS/APHA/EPA/BAM/AOAC.

Non-Pathogenic organisms analysed are:

  1. Total Bacteria Counts
  2. Yeast and Mold
  3. Coliforms
  4. Psychrophylic
  5. Thermophyllic
  6. Proteolytic
  7. Lypolytic
  8. Slime forming bacteria
  9. Anaerobic spore formers
    • Clostridium perfringenes
    • Clostridium botulinum

Pathogenic organisms like:

  1. E. coli
  2. Salmonella
  3. Shigella
  4. Staphylococcus aureus
  5. Listeria monocytogenes
  6. Enterobacter sakazakii
